At BOOX EURO Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your e-paper experience. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the items remain in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via the official portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Carefully pack your BOOX device, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our designated European logistics center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
